They will think it is a milkshake, and you will know they are getting a fruit serving and calcium! I may even make one for myself soon, this is yummy!
1 cup milk
4 ice cubes
1 heaping spoonful of cocoa powder
(substitute for Chocolate Instant Breakfast powder for a healthy boost)
1 heaping spoonful of sugar
Blend everything together in your blender and top with whip cream.
Makes 2 smoothies
