With Christmas around the corner. We have been getting a lot of questions about shipping. So, we thought we would put together a little FAQ sheet for you. 🙂
How long does it take for the customer to receive an order after it is placed?
It usually takes one full business day to process the order. Then packages are picked up the following business day. After we ship it, on average it takes 3-4 days to get to your door step. Shipping varies depending on where in the country they are. We are located in Utah, so the closer you are to Utah, the faster it will be. Canada usually takes a couple of weeks, but can take up to 6 weeks according to the postal service.
What is the last day to place an order to receive it by Christmas?
For orders in the USA, December 14th is the last day to order to guarantee it will be there in time for Christmas. For orders being sent to Canada, we are already passed the deadline.
Are orders taking longer to process because of more orders being placed during the holiday season?
Right after Black Friday, orders did take a little bit longer to process than usual, but we are getting caught back up. Most of the delays as of now are on orders that included pre-order items from our Midnight in Manhattan Collection. Midnight in Manhattan has now arrived and all orders that included items from this collection will be shipped by the end of the week.

I have never gotten a package w/in a week of placing my order, normally it takes 2-3 weeks and I live in Missouri and I these have been orders that were not placed during the “holiday season”. I placed an order on Thanksgiving night and then got an email my order status had been updated to “in process” on 11/26 and nothing after that. I do have some items that were pre-order, but some of it was not. I assume that everything will come together?

All orders that included pre-order items will ship all together. Midnight in Manhattan has been received and all of the orders will be sent by tomorrow. Orders placed on Black Friday are a part of the holiday season that we are referring to. Because of the unusually high amounts of orders due to the Black Friday sale, it took us more time to get the orders processed. Yours took more time because it included the pre-order items. If you have placed orders during other times of the year and are in the USA and it took 2-3 weeks, that is unusual.
